MONESE IS A FRAUD

Monese 14 days money blocked NO ANSWER

Its been 14 DAYS now my money blocked!!! Its no true WHAT they answered. I send all the documents on DAY NR 1!!!! Its been no answer why money is blocked no reason no explanation! It was told it will be blocked for 7 DAYS!! Today is 14 DAYS!!! Its no ANSWER!! Nobody has looked into it!!! I OPENED A COMPLAINT ALSO NO ANSWER SO FAR!! They BLOCKED MY MONEY AND LEFT ME AND MY CHILD WITH NO FOOD! 14DAYS!!! People KEEP AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!!! Please believe its very frustrating to experience this. It should never happen in UK!!! They are holding money with no rights to do so. ANERICAN EXPRESS CREDIT CARD OFFERED HELP IN BUYING FOOD.L, when they heard this. And this bunch they DONT CARE. THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN UK MARKET!!! MONEY BLOCKED AND NO ANSWER

HORRIBLE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ITS A FRAUD!!! KEEP AWAY!! Never transfer bigger amounts into this bank!!! I have PRIVATE account for my Self Employed business!!! I USED MONESE for 3 Years for EUR PAYMENTS to EU!! Lately blocked my 12000GBP business loan which i received from Paypal Capital!!! Its been 11 days!!! I have no access to this money nobody answers the phone!! AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPLIED THAT THEY DONT KNOW ABOUT THIS!!! That there is a “SPECIAL TEAM” NO ANSWER WHATS HAPPENING. Monese took all my money and blocked my account

Monese without any notice or explanation blocked my account and took all my money . I have not been given any explanation for why anything happened and I am now going to STARVE as I have no family and Monese took all my money. SCAM SCAM SCAM , everyone please avoid. Reviewed on: 27th January 2021
