Gareth really took time with my 90 you mother after having terrible service in Lloyds. My mom knew she had 2 other accounts with you, however Gareth found another one. Gareth even made us a cup of tea! Excellent service. Reviewed on: 11th October 2025

Had an appointment with Morgan at Risca branch. He was excellent in his presentation ensuring I knew the various products available and criteria. He was very patient and helpful in transferring and taking out a new product. I was very impressed with his attitude and customer service skills. Reviewed on: 10th October 2025
