The MBS store at Caerleon Road, Newport are fantastic.

The MBS store at Caerleon Road, Newport are fantastic. Mandy dealt with my customer issues with exemplary customer management and EQ skills. I was also very impressed with the care and compassion that is provided to each customer. In addition the manager who works at the Cardiff branch (Cathy) was very kind and you could see her leadership is fully for her team and people focused. Thank you. kind Regards Sqn Ldr Luke J Pearce. Successfully opened a Savings Bond

I came to help my sister open a savings account. We were served by Cathy Bone. She was helpful, professional and informative. We listened to options we had not considered and opened a fixed rate bond. Reviewed on: 13th August 2024
