Visited Qween ST Cardiff branch by appointment. The staff assistant dealing with my queries were very supportive- giving me all the information and choices available for my needs. She was also able to sort out my online access to my account which had been suspended. I felt valued and respected as a customer. Reviewed on: 25th July 2024

Reporting a Bereavement

I went to the building society in Cwmbran to register my late mum's death. I was seen immediately in a private room and although I had no details of my mum's accounts. Mussarat Nour was professional and helpful and as I was the executor, and had my mum's will, Grant from Probate and my Passport with me, filled in all the necessary paperwork there and then.
