Parking for the Caeleon Road branch is dreadful. Lots of customers have complained and moaned to me about it. Staff are lovely and everything else is excellent though. Reviewed on: 26th July 2024

I have been very happy with the Monmouthshire for about 50 years, the service has been excellent. However, I have been disappointed not to receive an annual financial statement for the last 2 years despite several requests. Reviewed on: 26th July 2024
