Sally and her team at the Cardiff Queen Street Branch

Sally and her team at the Cardiff Queen Street branch are amazing. Sally went through the Monmouth products and was able to answer all the questions I had. The other members of the team were welcoming and was able to relate to my needs. Really friendly and impressive. Reviewed on: 17th July 2024

What to do with my maturing bond?

I am expecting a bond to mature very soon and wanted to (re) invest it somewhere. I did not want an online only bank, but one where I could talk face to face when necessary. Out of curiosity I walked into Queen Street branch of the Monmouthshire Building society. Shanagh Hicks was very welcoming and took time to find out exactly what I wanted. She was knowledgeable and very friendly. I am not a dinosaur and am computer literate, but it was so refreshing to talk to a person who was willing to help. Reviewed on: 15th July 2024
