The Monmouthshire has a small (agency) branch in my area which offers friendly service by the lovely staff and very competitive products too. Although it's two bus ides away from my home I still think it's well worth the effort. Reviewed on: 12th November 2019

Found via internet and attracted to the good interest rates offered in a very tight market plus I like to support local businesses as far as possible (I visit Clevedon frequently). The ease and efficiency with my application for a product was excellent and the letters nicely worded so that I felt I was dealing with a real person who wanted to ensure that I was valued as a member and not just another anonymous account number.
