Denied access to Regular saver account

I first became Member, and opened an account, in 2001 and now, being '' old '', I find I am being discriminated against when I want o open your 6% Regular saver account. finder .com says it can be opened in branch, website and app. Branch is inappropriate for me, living in the North of Scotland; I have no mobile signal and therefore find anything associated with apps difficult and when I try to apply in your website, I find it is impossible. I am being denied access to your very good 6% Regular Saver account issue 8. Reviewed on: 18th September 2025

We go to your agency in Clevedon. They are always welcoming and know their stuff. I don't like putting passbooks in the post so handing them over to a real person gives us confidence that they never leave safe hands. If you didn't have that agency I'm not sure what we would do.
