Modern Business Banking as it should be

Moving from HSBC to Monzo has been fantastic. Native integrations into Xero are great as a small business onwer, as is app-based access and Debit Cards for the whole team. It's great to feel like we're at the forefront of banking, rather than stuck in practices of the past. Reviewed on: 24th January 2022

Good app, terrible support.

Good app, terrible support. I've banked with Monzo for a few years now, and generally had a good experience. Recently though, I found myself the victim of fraud - while Monzo might shout a lot about their customer service, they have simply not been there to support me. With other banks I may have got my money back, but with Monzo I simply do not know whether I will or not - because they will not answer questions. I now realise they have very poor support for fraud victims and why Which do not recommend them - and now, neither do I. Reviewed on: 9th February 2024

Great British Banking

From the initial sign-up, I have found Monzo Business Banking to be easy to deal with. Their customer service is excellent, they deal with enquiries quickly and efficiently. They have all of the facilities that I need, cash deposits, direct debitz, standing orders and a great pay-me feature within the very comprehensive app. Nice one Monzo, keep it up!
