Good product bad fraud support

The core product is good and the app, with its digital focus is easy to use and fantastic for freelancers. The major problem with Monzo’s business offering is their lack of support for fraud. I had a terrible experience where not only was the fraud response slow but I had to go to the ombudsman to get my money returned. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
