Monzo is THE BANK

I bank with Monzo (too) for a decade, I am a beta account user. They are by far the most modern, most down to earth banking platform. They brought in things which then the big banks had to adopt and develop too to not lag behind. Im talking the big Blue and big Red-Black or Green-Horse banks too. Big fan of the Monzo experience. Love the tools they provide for money saving. App is bright, easy to navigate, doesn’t feel clunky like some of the originals like Lloyd’s etc. I’d bank solely with them if they offered 6 free cinema tickets with their perks! Reviewed on: 12th March 2026

I joined monzo due good reviews

I joined monzo due to just hearing good reviews and i’m more the happy with monzo and i ca appreciate how much they help with savings. I joined the 1p saving challenge i also have my monzo set up to do round ups so i save small amounts of money every day and i dont notice mass amounts of money coming out on a random day which i really like and appreciate and i can also slow build up and save over time without having to do anything. Monzo also offer great rewards that me and my partner really benefit off of paying only £7 a month gets you a wide range of benefits one being a free vue ticket just that alone is paying for your benefits and you get so much more on top of this i’ve recommended monzo to many of my friends and even got my mum signed up and received a referral which was nice. Very happy and content with my monzo account. Not currently experienced any issues! Reviewed on: 12th March 2026

Been with monzo for 7 years. Cannot fault the bank I’m not brilliant with technology and I have used the in app chat and have always been helped in a polite and helpful manner. I recommended monzo to my partner and he’s very happy too. The savings pots help me budget and spread the cost of living and the flex account is indeed flexible and very helpful for managing bills and payments. Reviewed on: 12th March 2026

I absolutely love using Monzo – it’s honestly my favourite banking app. Everything is so easy to use and really well designed. The app makes managing my money simple, whether it’s checking my balance, sending money instantly, or tracking my spending. One of the best things is how clear everything is. I can see exactly where my money is going, and the instant notifications after every payment are so helpful. The budgeting features and pots make saving money much easier too. Customer service has also been great whenever I’ve needed help. It feels modern, reliable, and built for real everyday use. Overall, Monzo has completely changed the way I manage my money. Modern Banking Done Just Right

I have been using Monzo for more than two years, and throughout this time my experience with both the banking services and the app has been consistently smooth and reliable. When I first considered becoming a customer of a fully digital bank, I felt a mix of curiosity and hesitation. However, choosing Monzo has proven to be a genuinely worthwhile decision. Initially, I opened the account as a secondary bank account to manage everyday expenses such as groceries. Over time, however, Monzo has naturally become my primary bank for managing a much broader range of financial activities. The app has always been stable and intuitive, and I have never experienced any glitches. Transfers are quick and effortless, making day-to-day banking extremely convenient. One of the features I particularly appreciate from Monzo is the range of savings tools available. The ISA pots and the 1p savings challenge are both excellent ways to build savings in a simple and engaging manner. Recently, I upgraded my account from the free tier to a higher subscription plan, and I find the additional tools and perks offered by Monzo well worth the investment. Overall, I would happily recommend Monzo to anyone who values a bank that is dependable and well-designed, yet refreshingly modern and far from boring. Reviewed on: 12th March 2026

The future of banking

I have been a Monzo customer for 5 years and use it as my main account. I recently signed up to Monzo Max and have been impressed with the benefits of the account.
