Great product but slowly losing its edge

I really like Monzo. I have the paid Plus account with virtual cards and more features. It's a great product overall. However, there are 2 issues. Not having a website really is limiting. It would be very convenient to be able to access my account on a bigger screen, export directly to my computer etc. The second issue is that the support has been getting progressively worse over the years. I used to get very personal responses to my queries but now it just seems my request gets passed along and I get more generic answers. Hopefully this improves over time. I absolutely love monzo. Primarily the salary sort is a god send, it’s made me feel so much more confident managing my money. Always spot on with customer service. So good it's changed how I finance!

Monzo is such a fantastic, simple and easy-to-use current account with loads of extra features that make banking even better. You can see all our money in one place, create personalised pots to help save and create shared tabs with fellow Monzo users that are so simple for sharing costs. You can send money requests to other non-Monzo users too simply with their phone number which makes group nights out so easy. The editable features and interface are so intuitive- it really is the future of banking. I wouldn't want to use any other bank. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2023
