Incredibly easy to use current account and understand the app. Lots of helpful hints/tips in the FAQs and on Monzo’s socials (which is also excellent for realist and humorous content!). Great customer support in place. Lots of security safety built in to protect your account/information but not daunting. A brilliant bank fit for the modern world. Real-time notifications on spend, alerts, notifications that are useful, ability to link in other accounts, separate spend into pots, track trends in spending, have your salary paid in early, great rates when travelling abroad, the list goes on and on.
