Excellent customer service

Monzo has got an excellent customer service I highly recommend. Messages , mails and calls are read and an ASAP response is gotten by customers. In terms of security, I guarantee you that a Monzo account is a secured and verified . I’ve been using the account for a year now and it’s been a beautiful experience. Monzo is a great banking company and I will never change over to a new account. They’re fair and always have helpful tips and ways they can help with financial situations. So easy to use

Monzo is great and I'd recommend it to anyone! I'm able to budget successfully by using different savings pots - it's even helped me save up a deposit for my first house, and for a special holiday.
