I got scammed but Monzo were fab! Not just Greg either

Honestly, I have always had a great experience with Monzo. I had an embarrasing situation happen to me regarding a scam.. even though ultimately it was not resolved because of Crypto the team was very kind and made me feel better about the issue as well as having updates that seemed to be more protecting of things like this such as the "double payment" notification. Brilliant. Also Greg from Linkedin told me I had to leave this review.. just kidding but this is what banking should be about. Easy to use and quick responsive, friendly assistance. Highly recommended

Have used Monzo for over 6 years as a daily spending account, use abroad on holidays for great exchange rates, use of savings pots and roundup feature, app is really easy to use and transactions appear instantly, BACS payments can be accessed early, loads of great features and never had any issues with Monzo. It was best decision to start monzo account and they have never given a chance to think otherwise. Simbly the Damn best. The way it's setup makes your life easier.
