Easy to use, great customer service.

Easy to use, great customer service. App is easy to navigate and I love the option of the savings pots which make visualising where you're money goes so much easier! Can see multiple accounts (across banks) on the app which really helps to streamline and make banking so simple. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Highly Recommend!

I have a monzo premium account and am amazed by the products and services you get for just £15 a month! And a funky metal card which doubles as a great ice scraper. Always banging on about how easy Monzo is to my friends and family and have got quite a few people to join and they're just as happy. 100% would recommend (to the point someone has asked me if I get commission.. how embarrassing) Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

I've been using Monzo's current account for a while now, and it's hands down the best banking experience I've ever had! The app is super intuitive, making it easy to track spending, set budgets, and save effortlessly with features like Pots. Instant notifications for transactions help me stay on top of my finances, and the ability to freeze and unfreeze my card instantly gives me peace of mind. Customer service is also top-notch—quick, friendly, and always helpful. Plus, fee-free spending abroad is a game-changer for travel. Fantastic and Seamless approach to banking!

I have banked with Monzo for over 6 years and have never had an issue with them, I have been with them since before they started adding more products and services in and it’s amazing to see their growth and how seamlessly they introduce things into the banking experience. I have been with Monzo since I was 18, I did at one point close my account but missed the offers they provided such as great rates abroad, which led me to re-open a new account. They are fantastic and offer great support. They have various offers in the app such as the 1p saving challenge with reward, which I think is amazing. Though, we should not forget their fun LinkedIn posts which improve your mood when you come into the office on a Monday morning. Overall, my experience with Monzo has always been great. Really helped me to budget!
