Best bank I have used!

Transparent and easy, I always know where I am with Monzo and now would never use another bank. No hidden fees, no waiting and waiting for my own money to be transferred from place to place. Friendly, quick and super-effective customer service without jargon nor judgement. So many features to help budget and save, which along with many other features were first implemented by Monzo and then which have been later copied by many of their competitors! Great features include splitting the bill to custom amounts and paying people through a simple link as well as freezing the card - I believe Monzo were the first to do these and many other features that make Monzo stand a cut above other banks. Wonderful banking experience.

Having got fed up with the old dinosaur banks after the financial collapse 2008/9 I moved all my accounts to Monzo. I'm so glad I did. All my family have done likewise and I always recommend it to others. I have to say that it's a wonderful experience, especially considering how poor the old banks were. I don't think I've ever had a problem with any transaction and if I have a query there is always someone there to help or explain. I like the way I am informed of money going in or out, before it happens. I like the pots where I can save for whatever I like. And I love being able to move money around whenever I want and it happens almost instantly. All I can say is Amazing Monzo! Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Easy, Fast and excellent customer service

Easy to freeze cards when lost or stolen, had issues with a dubious online retailer and monies were quickly retrieved and also the early bacs payment is excellent. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
