Everything you could want

Opened a Monzo to get the best exchange rates on holiday a few years ago, and since changed to using it full time. Has all the features you could ever want, the ability to get your pay packet a day early is a life saver, and the pots system is fantastic. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

I love Monzo

Honestly, I cannot imagine going back to a traditional bank having used Monzo for a couple of years. Everything from the early payments, instant spend notifications and budgeting tools - I'm not exaggerating when I say it's completely overhauled and improved my personal finances. Wonderful experience for everyday banking

I am very satisfied with Monzo’s service. Particularly how easy it is to use it. In other banks so many things require you to attend a branch, and Monzo was always able to resolve any queries by chat without much bureaucracy.
