Monzo is just the best!

I relocated to Scotland in November 2020 and after a month, I wanted to open a bank account with a UK based bank. I tried online to open an account with Monzo and after I followed the instructions and met the requirements, my account was in place within 48 hours and my ATM card sent to me in 72 hours. Before then I tried the same with two famous UK based banks but could not succeed. Till date, I have never been to a Monzo banking hall but I feel Monzo following me around to help! Never looking back

Monzo has everything! Great customer service always on hand to help, savings pots, money tracking, easy transfers, split the bill and i could keep going on! Ive used the chat and help features a few times and never had any issues, no long waits EVER! Have an issue with a transaction money is straight back in the bank and a new card it on the way. Monzo a bank account without all the red tape

I have had a Monzo bank account for a little over 2 years and I can honestly say it’s the best bank account I have ever had. I can instantly see what and where I am spending, as soon as I have made a purchase I get an instant notification of how much and where I have used my MasterCard debit card. I can keep track of my spending as you can set up spending pots for things like motoring costs, groceries, bills and you can arrange for money to allocate to these to help you budget. I think it’s fantastic, and would highly recommend this to my friends and family. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
