Excellent service

I joined Monzo when I needed the ability to have holiday cash abroad without having to physically buy currency beforehand and carry it abroad. Being able to purchase on a card in any country fee free is a great tool and one I can't do without. I also found the back up service when I was scammed by a fraudulent trader to be superb, Monzo replaced the lost money on the spot. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Simple, secure and always available

Great set-up of account with minimal effort. Intuitive app and very smooth user experience. Interaction with customer service is very transparent and although now takes a bit longer, exchange is easily accessible and follow-up is great Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
