Excellent app with the best customer support I've had to deal with

Changed my life

Fantastic bank, fantastic customer service. Nothing is unnecessarily complicated. The budgeting tools allowed me to finally get myself out of a cycle of debt is was in for 7 years. Haven't looked back!

My wife first found out about Monzo and moved over and kept trying to get me to do the same so that we could have a joint account. I didn't see the need because I already had bank accounts but once she finally wore me down it wasn't long before I was moving everything over, my wage, my direct debits, everything. The simplicity of Monzo and the user friendly app just make banking a breeze. You feel less like you are dealing with out of touch bankers and more that you are being helped by a bank that cares and wants you to understand your money.
