Best mobile app

Been with monzo since they were in Beta. They've consistently had the best customer service and mobile app out of any bank. Launching features well before they were picked up by anyone else. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Simply the best

I had banked with traditional high street banks for years with little issue but it didn’t feel like it was a service that suited my kind of work, my lifestyle or my needs perfectly. I didn’t hesitate for a second to transfer my current account to Monzo and I’ve never found managing finances and banking to be this easy and clear. The customer experience and connection feels much more genuine than with traditional alternatives. It’s not a bank pushing new technologies on to customers - it’s a bank using established and existing technologies to improve the experience. Special praise reserved for the app which is outstanding! super easy to use
