Truly the best bank in Britain!

Customer service is always high standard, and very responsive. This app has allowed us to streamline our finances and I have great visibility of everything that comes out and in. The ease of use has really benefited our lives! Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

So easy to use!

Easy bank

You can notice from the very beginning how easy it is. Creat the account, quickly you get your card. Was the same when I need a replacement. One of the most important thing is the support. You could reach them trought the chat, not much waiting there and most of the time you will feel like they stand on your side of any clame. Only one time I have a long and unsolved issue. Wasn't posible but for miscommunication got extended for a wild. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Monzo great customer service and easy to use app

I have used Monzo since they started pretty much and have always had amazing customer experience and support. The App is user friendly and they seem to be transparent and informative of any changes/updates overall happy customer. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Just superb

The App is so user friendly but the real stars are the staff. I had an issue with something I ordered on line and the staff at Monzo were so incredibly helpful even though it wasn't their responsibility to do so. Compare this to my high street bank (Clydesdale) and the difference is night & day. Superb all round. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
