I could never complain about Monzo ever, every time I had a problem, I have received great feedback and support. And the layout and the UI of the app is just amazing! Excellent banking

Monzo has been an excellent tool for budgeting and finance management. Splitting money into pots really helps to keep track of spending in different areas and allows you to budget successfully. The service has been exceptional throughout. And when my account was hacked it was dealt with swiftly and the money returned. Overall, an excellent bank! Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Finally a bank just works stress-free.

First I tried a different UK bank when I moved here because I didn't feel entirely comfortable with an online bank. But they were SO difficult and had terrible service. So out of necessity, I went to Monzo and am SO happy I did! The app is great, paying in person and online is both easy and when I had a false charge on my card (from a renowned big brand, just a tech issue on their side), Monzo customer service resolved this in no time for me and dealt with the company for me. The best bank

Monzo puts freedom in banking. I especially love the app and the ability to do and see everything in real time on the go from the comfort of my phone, and being able to use my card almost anywhere in the world. When I travelled back home before the pandemic there was no need to draw cash I could just use my card and it would show where I spent how much and what currency. Amazing. The added features in plus and premium are great too, even just the budgeting tool are very helpful. Customer service via the app have been very helpful whenever I needed them and dealt with my issues in a timely manner. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

So easy to use
