Why wouldn't you Monzo?

Excellent banking

Best bank I’ve used I travelled for 6 months from Sam fran to Fiji to Vietnam and India to name a few of the 20 countries visited and Monzo worked everywhere unlike other banks so best bank by far Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Efficient, beautifully simple and... Just works!

On the very, very rare occasions I've had to contact Monzo customer support over the past few years since joining as a beta customer they've been insanely efficient and easy to get hold of. My car has always just worked as and when I need it, and the UI of the app has always been spot on. They've blown legacy banks out of the water, just as I always believed they would! Easiest and clearest Bank to deal with

I've been with mozon for over 3 years now, they are very easy to communicate with, they helped me on a fraud case that i was the victim. the app is quite well designed and clear and it is easy to use. overall great bank. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

The future of banking...

I’ve been with Monzo since it was originally called Mondo. That must have been a good few years ago and since then they’ve pushed the boundaries of what a bank can and should do in this day and age. Real time notifications, virtual cards and getting paid a day early are just some of the key features that Monzo brought to the banking world and are being implemented by many other digital only and even high street banks. Showing that Monzo were the pioneer in banking in this day and age. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
