Banking made easy

Monzo is easy to set-up, straight forward to use, and allows almost everything to be done directly through the app. This includes tasks that traditional banks require you to ring up or webchat for such as change of address. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Now my main account

Switched my main account to Monzo after having it as a second account. Customer service is the best I have experienced from any of the main banks, I won't be using them anymore. So many great features, always developing new ideas while asking for input from their customers. Its a new, easier way of banking - far from the old systems of the high Street banks. Monzo, unlike the traditional, backwards banks, makes banking easy. The app is engaging and help line is responsive - not that I have ever needed it. I honestly can't believe the traditional banks still exist in their current state - they make online banking so so difficult and are impossible to contact. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
