Never once had a problem with payment. The in app spending controls and insights are really useful. Customer service is quick and excellent. The instant spending notifications are invaluable for budget tracking. I now use this as my main bank over my former high Street alternative Reviewed on: 31st January 2020

Amazing account with great features

Arriving in the UK and having a banking institution that allows you to set up an account without all the red tape of other banks has been a lifesaver. Monzo is extremely transparent and super easy to use. New features are continously being added and you can tell that the bank is actually working for you rather than the investors.
