I do not recommend and warn you

Monzo bank allows to withdraw money from a fraudulent account and there is nothing They can do about it, my account is gone £ 70 I wait for my situation to clear up and I close my account my husband will also close it. please be careful Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Best neo-bank

Easiest way to manage your money.

I made the switch to Monzo about 2 years ago and it has made managing my money so much easier. The projected end of month balance is an invaluable measure to monitor how much money I have to play with each month. The pots facility is also really helpful for management and general short term savings. Monzo is also super transparent with their charges. On the odd occasion where I need to use my overdraft, Monzo clearly displays the charges that I am incurring and is updated daily. I have had to use Monzo customer service a few times and the chat facility is fantastic. They have always been very helpful and the text based solution means that I can get on with my day and know that the guys will notify me when they need any input from me. It is one of the few financial services that I feel happy to recommend to others! Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
