Best bank I have had

Used to be with RBS took forever if not days to get things resolved and everything ended with we can't do it over chat give us a call so time wasted. I got Monzo when I was struggling with Monzo and they have changed the game for me, I can see everything I spend, up coming direct debits so I don't miss a payment, pots so I can save without seeing the money at all. Best bank and for someone with anxiety doing calls the live chat is brilliant Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Great bank, but no way to receive international funds

Monzo is a great bank and very simple to use. My only issue with it is that it does not have an IBAN number so it is very hard to receive money from abroad. It will thus never get 5 stars until that is resolved. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
