Simply the best

I love it

I love the monzo app and how easy it is to transfer money to friends and acquaintances. I can also transfer to foreign bank accounts easily which isn't always possible. I am totally happy with Monzo but I wasn't impressed with NatWest who I was with before. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Simple banking

So clever and stress-free

I like Monzo because it helps me to stay on track with all transactions. I like the easy to use features, layout and I haven't had any issues with the app. I would never go back to any of the high street branches I used back in the day. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Fast and user friendly app

Unlike other banking apps, Monzo's has been designed with customer focus being the top priority. The app is seamless and fast and doesn't feel like a website retrofitted for apps. Also really appreciate the lack of security theatre with Monzo. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Quick, easy and helpful

Monzo has a lot to offer. The app is really easy to use and gives clear definition of what your expenses are and you can organise them too. This makes budgeting easier. The customer service team also responds in a very quick and friendly manner wanting to solve your queries/issues as soon as possible. Brilliant - easy and I like the way the app is used to verify payments when shopping or paying bills on line.

I switched to Monzo as my main bank in June 2020. I just preferred how my spending showed in real time and not as pending. It’s great for budgeting too. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
