A bank that is made with the person in mind rather than the bottom line. It helps me save money, reduces friction in paying friends and they talk to me as an adult rather than a bank account number. Reviewed on: 18th January 2018

Good, but a way to go. Ghastly card!

A good start, with much to recommend. Well designed app and responsive to customer requests. My only concern is whilst this bank tries so hard to be ‘cool’ it can sometimes forget in is whacky posts that money is a serious business and frivolity is not always appropriate or appreciated. Starling, for example, gets this balance right. I also detest the colour of the card which is embarrassing to use! Good start though. Reviewed on: 17th January 2018

The best bank I've ever used!

Great usability, rapid development and brilliant customer service. I love their transparency, especially on technology they're using and around any issues they experience The feature set they have is limited but they've been a bank less than a year so far.
