I went full Monzo three years ago and never looked back. The app is an absolute breeze to use. The in-app support is fantastic, makes me wonder why other banks bother with branches at all. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Easy to set up and user friendly

The monzo experience from day one has been easy and user friendly. The App has allowed me to better save and control my spending. Sending and receiving money is easy. It is the best banking system I have ever used. I have had 3 other banks prior to this and left each due to troubles with technical issues and poor customer services. I have called Monzo twice and each time it was clear and helpful. Amazing bank. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

After being frustrated with other banks where transactions take days to appear and being unable to budget effectively without setting up a spreadsheet - I switched to full Monzo. There’s no wait time or call centre nonsense, you can just send a message in the app if you need a hand and they’ll get back to you quite quickly! The app is user friendly and I like the option to round up my payments for savings. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
