Helped me manage money better

Since getting my Monzo account, the various features and ease of use of the account have meant that I am debt free for the first time in my adult life. It's been a revelation. Easy to use, customer focussed and a market leader

Look, all the other banks have started to replicate a lot of the features Monzo offers: lost card freezing, payment notifications, pots and more. It's a market leader when it comes to banking. It makes sorting money on pay day easy, something I don't have to think about. I like that I don't have ton log in every second I want to look at my finances. It's simple and easy to use unlike other banking apps. The customer service support throughs the app is fantastic and again, easy to use. Best around

Everything is so simple to do. No annoying pending payments for days. You know what you have. Great overdraft facility. Lots of pot options. Great colour card card. I'm in the process of transferring everything from my old bank to monzo. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
