Perfect for me

Excellent UX & Customer Service

I’ve been using Monzo since I first moved to the UK, and it’s genuinely refreshing how good and accessible the UX + customer service is. Compared to my old Aussie banks, it’s a lot easier to navigate and I love the pro-active notifications for deductions and helping me plan my monthly expenditure. Whenever I’ve had issues Monzo’s local call centre are straight on the phone for me (no 2 hour waits) and I’ve never been disappointed in an experience with them. I also really enjoy that they have an open forum where people can vote for ideas on how to improve the Monzo app. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Love monzo bank be fantastic and so easy and even if have issue brilliant to deal with too.
