Straight forward, clear yet innovative

Banking with Monzo is so simple. The app is straight forward and includes helpful additions such as savings and bill pots which enable me to be far more organised than before. Most user-friendly bank ever

I've banked with a few banks, in the UK and abroad, and I'm most impressed with Monzo. Their ethics, their approach and communication are like no other. If they'd offer credit cards (which I use for travel) I'd switch completely, so I hope that is just a waiting game. Would be very happy to ditch my other bank's current account today if I could with their questionable ethics, crappy app and dire customer service. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
