I am not good with money. I have always struggled with knowing what's left as the month goes on. Monzo changed all that. I'm able to filter off all my outgoings, make sure I can pay the essentials, have money left over and save. So easy to organise! I feel safer shopping online too with the through-app verification. I joined monzo in 2017 after hearing about it from a friend, a banks online capability back in 2017 was incredibly lacking, not intuitive or user friendly, since the rise of monzo, other banks have been forced to realign the way the work, always playing catch-up with monzo the first and best new age bank. Everything on monzo is so easy and their customer support is second to none, Whenever I get a chance I recommend monzo to friends and family. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
