Monzo has completely changed how I view money...

... And for the better! I use Monzo for both business and personal banking. The use of pots and budgeting gave me a new insight to how I see money. Instead of just checking to see if my balance could afford something there and then, my money is now budgeted into pots so I can plan in advance. Customer service has always been excellent when I've needed them. Linking to IFTTT is effortless and opens loads of new options. I've managed to start saving each month for my kids futures too! Fantastic service, complete control

The app allows me complete control and instant notifications over all my banking. When paying online or over the phone often I know the transaction has gone through before the vendor as my app notifies me. I also like the notifications when payments fail along with a reason (e.g. wrong CVC). Every time I have interacted with customer service through the app my query has been resolved quickly and professionally. Traditional banks feel like they're in the dark ages compared to Monzo.
