Love this bank

I have given 5 stars of a rating to Monzo because they understand my financial needs and also take in to account the fact that I’m a vulnerable adult and always make sure that if I have any issues, they are dealt with straight away. I like the way monzos app works and how friendsly their staff are and how they always go there extra mile for me as a customer of theirs. Big thumbs up to all their online staff who are so friendly and make you feel like a human instead of a number⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Best Bank Ever!!

I have had nothing but great experiences with this bank, everything is easy to do, this is a bank that truly knows what its customers want/need and meets those needs/wants. I would recommend this bank to anyone and will open accounts for my children when they're old enough or when the bank offers children's accounts. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Great bank at your fingertips

Simple app provides all info you need for banking. If a problem it’s easy to contact someone to resolve it over chat or via information threads. Very easy to transfer and split bills and I love the request money function and thank you when money is received. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
