Better than the rest!

I’ve always been annoyed by how convoluted and stagnant big banks have been. I’ve been with NatWest, First Direct, Halifax and Barclays. All have been pretty set in their ways and slow to adapt to modern technology and rarely take advantage of it. I’ve also tried revolut, starling and atom and found them to all have to pros and cons. For me, Monzo has the best balance of features and services. They are quick to respond to customer service requests and proactively look after their customers best interests. They continue to grow and improve and genuinely listen to customer feature requests. They are largely transparent with their operations, financial and ethical approach. All in all I enjoy banking with Monzo and have recommended them to many of my friends who fully agree the experience is second to none! Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

A 21st century bank

Monzi is everything the high-street bank isn't but should be. Instant notifications and easy budget view is great but the pots have really taken the gold for me this year when saving for different things from holidays to a flat, it's made it so much easier to be able to customise and visualise these goals. Paying bills from pots is also ideal as you can easily keep your spending money and bill money separate! 11/10 for Monzo. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Monzo are smashing

My account was easy to set up and understand. Features help me stay on top of my outgoings and to budget for the month and save for the future. Help and support over potential fraud cases have been great and when ive needed a replacement card it has arrived swiftly. Can't fault this bank. They have helped me learn how to use my finances by giving me the tools to stay in control. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Real-time banking

The thing that drew me to Monzo was getting instant feedback on what was happening with my money. My previous bank was still lagging behind in keeping transactions up to date and then Monzo appeared with instantaneous updates. Since then they've been adding excellent new features while the more established banks struggle to catch up. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Best-in-class App-Based Personal Banking

Monzo have built an app with features centred around the way people actually use money today. Their friendly and personable approach to communicating with their customers is a refreshing change from the stuffy incumbents. The budgeting and saving (pots) features are excellent and very intuitive. What they do they do very well, but their scope is quite narrow in terms of the range of products on offer.
