Everything I need

As a bank, they give me everything I need, security with virtual cards, a great app, make it simple for me with bills and pots. Customer service is excellent and friendly, and just a touch away so I don't have to queue. One extra thing I would like is to have an option of having a different currency pots or something - it's nothing I need, but it would be nice to have. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Excellent App and Service

Have been with Monzo since the beta and have found them to be an excellent bank. I like the ease of accessing customer service and having more control over my account. I also like features such as paying bills from a 'pot', which allows me to separate money. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
