Using Monzo for the last almost two years has been a dream, no weird fees, an excellent app service and easy to contact customer service etc. Also the added convenience of being able to freeze/unfreeze your card as needed is so helpful. I was sceptical at first switching from a highstreet bank. But confirm its the best financial decision ive made. Clear and easy to use, get a paid a day early. Lets you know outgoings 4 days before they come out. Excellent bank. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
