They're just terrific

I've been with Monzo for a few years now, and I can't believe I ever coped with an old bank. Not only is their customer service amazing (something I grew blind to with old banks) but their app genuinely makes managing money interesting and not stressful. I can enjoy spending money knowing that I can afford it, and I know when I need to restrain myself. I have visibility of payments, and I have total control. Amazing! Reviewed on: 12th April 2021

Monzo give me complete control over my finances in a really easy-to-digest way

I've got complete visibility and control over my money - instant notifications, bill pots to make sure I put committed spend each month in to a place where I won't accidentally spend it, and an easy to use app. Their customer service is great if I ever need anything or have a problem - yay for Monzo! Totally changed how I manage my money

Since banking with monzo I feel so much more in control of my finances. I've paid off significant sums of debt and manages to build up a saving buffer.
