The best banking experience I could imagine

Since moving to the UK in 2018 Monzo has been the only bank I've had an account with. Joining was easy, and staying as been a pleasure. I've saved more with Monzo that ever before in my life, I feel I have control and visibility over my finances and spending, and every customer operations experience I've had has been exceptional. From the attractive, user friendly design to their clear and accessible updates/communications - I wouldn't want to bank with anyone else, ever. Reviewed on: 12th April 2021

Changed how I budget & bank!

Monzo bank has completely changed the way in which I budget, save and bank! The use of savings pots and being able to set a budget for spending categories has saved me so much time creating my own tracking spreadsheets. The app is incredibly user friendly and I feel safe banking with Monzo. The experience feels a lot more personal than with traditional retail banks which is ironic given Monzo having no physical branches. I love it! Reviewed on: 12th April 2021

Excellent in every area
