Easy to use

It's so easy to use and to set up. Money is split into pots for paying things. Saving is easy, money is rounded up and then put into another pot for saving. It's accessible, you can split bills, easily move money between accounts, easily send money to other peoples accounts. So much easier than any other banking experience. Paying money in is easier than making the journey to our closest bank and just as easy to pay in a cheque. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 12th April 2021

Monzo give you the tools to understand your money

Monzo provides many tools to help understand and gain control of your money. Being able to specify subscriptions as well as having a monthly period based on pay days allows you to budget efficiently. Integration with IFTTT can help you split money around, you can set it up so when you pay at a supermarket it takes money out of a groceries pot. Every pay day I split my money into each pot for set purposes so I know how much money I have that’s uncommitted. Being able to round up purchases allow you to save money without realising! My only complaint is not being able to use a web client, when budgeting I’d like to have a bigger screen Reviewed on: 12th April 2021

Super easy interface and never let me down

The implementation of individual user stats is amazing, no other bank offers this level of granular data and insight to it’s users. The app has never let me down, and the one time I had to use customer support (for a small question) they were quick to reach out to and respond. Happy user here! Reviewed on: 12th April 2021

Great bank

After 20+ years with a well known high st bank I changed to monzo. I started when they was a prepaid card, then took up their offer of a current account. then after a year made a complete switch. I recently had a fraudulent transaction on my account via PayPal I reported via my Monzo app and the issue was resolved and money returned within 12 hours. What high street bank would do that ? Reviewed on: 12th April 2021
