Switched to monzo since my old regular bank doesn't have a branch near me anymore anyway. Despite being a online bank it has been FAR more helpful than my regular bank. They are always available to help and the customer service is way above par! So much easier to understand my banking now. Reviewed on: 12th April 2021

Monzo is without a doubt the best, most intuitive and simple bank in the UK. If your main account is still with an old and traditional bank, I'd highly recommend switching now! Great bank

Monzo is the best bank I have ever used. I have had none of the poor service and sneaky charges I had with RBS or Clydesdale previously. Whenever I have had to contact them with an issue, it has been resolved in minutes. Would definitely recommend Monzo. Reviewed on: 12th April 2021
