Good online bank

Monzo's arrival to the banking world was huge. Many of its features were unheard of in traditional current accounts at the time. And although many competitors are now giving Monzo the run for its money, with traditional brick and mortar banks also integrating budgeting tools into their apps, it is still nonetheless a good bank. I will admit that the recent push for paid "plus" and "premium" services has been disappointing, with very little worthwhile features being introduced for a subscription fee and next to no new features being offered as part of the free experience. However, this notwithstanding, the general sum of tools that Monzo offers to its customers is very good. It even has a sleek user interface to top it off. Reviewed on: 17th February 2021

Best bank by a wide mile!

I've been a Monzo customer since June 2018 it's always snappy, fast and there when you need it. Checking your balance deposit/withdraw money direct debits are easy to follow and use and the summary page is very neat and tidy it's very easy to find a payment and see what you used yesterday! Easy to open and operate

Thankfully Monzo like to keep things simple, at a time when the big banks want to make it difficult to do anything with your own money. Granted you need to do the set up on your phone, which might not suit everyone, but it was quick and easy. Since then we've moved all our direct debits, created instant savings, and got a joint account without any drama. Reviewed on: 17th February 2021

So easy to use in so many different ways enabling us to set up pots to save and budget. We’ve managed to do so much around the house that we’ve being trying to do for years but Monzo gave us easy access 24/7 to release funds as and when needed. Banking has never been so easy.
