Simple, just works, great customer service

Great app banking, card that is wonderful coral and banking how it should be!!! Reviewed on: 27th January 2020

Handy & uncomplicated

The app is handy to use, the card practically glows in the dark, and I've encountered no issues since joining a couple years back. I currently use Monzo as a spending card/account, as i am keeping my traditional back account open to refine an existing credit score...and i am not sure that Monzo works with Clearscore etc at this stage. Such an easy experience from the start.

Having lived in Spain for many years, I wanted to return to the UK and set up a bank account in the quickest time possible. I chose Monzo as just an interim bank until I could find a high street bank. I was so blown away by the forward thinking of this bank and the simplicity. I've had a more satisfying banking experience from this bank in 7 months than 10 years with my previous high street bank. The overall experience convinced me to make Monzo my main bank account. Cool start up turning corporate

Good UI and leading the charge in start up banking. Expecting more senior hires as the start up continues to mature and begins to offer its existing customer bank more traditional financial products which will in turn stabilise profits. Reviewed on: 27th January 2020

Game Changer

For me Monzo has changed my financial life, pots allow me to separate funds, set saving goals and automated savings challenges with IFTTT means I have automated savings pots to cover unexpected expenses. Reviewed on: 27th January 2020

Amazing

Couldn't ask for more

Monzo is great, I managed to open my account when any other bank wouldn't let me because I had no proof of address. I can get my salary earlier than all my colleagues, pots are really easy to manage and there's also savings pots. Also, they recently added overdraft. Reviewed on: 27th January 2020
