What a find

I've been able to learn about my spending habits and put away more money in the past few months only thanks to Monzo's banking. I wish my Spanish family could have a Monzo account too! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2020

How it should be!

I have been with Monzo for almost 4yrs and recently went 'full Monzo' last year. The experience I have had with Monzo has been incredibly. Their constant innovation has forced the sleeping giants to finally wake up and play catch. Everything I want to do is 10x times easier than any other bank I have used from downloading statements to transferring money. I highly recommend Monzo! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2020

By far the easiest, smoothest and best bank around

Sign-up process is extremely quick and smooth, absolutely no issues with the process or the experience at all. You only have to look at other larger banks and corporations copying Monzo's features to realise that they really know what they are doing. Cannot fault the company or customer experience at all. Easy, helpful and accessible

Support is always available on live chat, if not instantly, they respond very quickly and are extremely helpful. Overdraft fees are easy to understand and low. I can manage my finances much better knowing what’s due to come out the following day. The “get paid early” feature is a godsend! Especially when payments are due Monday and you can get them Friday for the weekend. I can freeze and defrost my card instantly, access my card details if I haven’t got my purse on me to make an online order, create savings pots very easily, and split bills. It’s amazing. The only bank I know that has made managing finances enjoyable

Nobody really enjoys spending time moving numbers around their accounts and making sure they stick to a budget. But having complete access to your account through an app, with great personal notifications has made this process on Monzo so easy it’s actually enjoyable! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2020

Beautiful product
