Whoever thought anyone could fall in love with a bank?!

Monzo provide the best customer service compared to every other UK bank I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Fast and friendly customer service available 24/7 with people are completely open and honest. They provide features that allow me to be better with my money. For the first time in forever I'm now able to stay out of my overdraft and repay my debtors much more quickly. Reviewed on: 12th March 2018

Monzo is what banking should be like

I've used Monzo since it was in Alpha, I recognised the potential very early on. Having been through several different bank accounts. Each with its own flavour of atrocious online offering. Everything that made me think 'why is this so hard for a bank to get right?', Monzo got right from the outset. More than just that, Monzo listened and responded regularly to customer feedback and much of the functionality people love about Monzo today, can be traced back to a user in the feedback forums. The app is easy to use and painless, the whole experience is a breeze, and it proves that if you can master the online experience, you don't need physical branches. Keep it up Monzo, you are awesome! Instantly notifying antiquated bank killer

When using my previous banks’ online banking I was never confident my account balances were correct and this led to endless charges for unintentionally going over my overdraft limit. Monzo has revolutionised my budgeting, and prevented these charges with its instant payment notifications, simple spending breakdown and easy to set up wallets. Excellent Customer Service and Money Visibility

Whenever I’ve had to get in touch with Monzo, whoever I’ve spoken to has been really helpful and friendly. I love Monzo’s transparency. I think the app is great and love how it allows me to easily see where I spend my money and how much I am spending. Reviewed on: 9th February 2018
