A 21st century banking experience

I love the way that you receive an immediate notification every time you undertake a transaction. The app is easy to use, and you can set up savings pots which you can set so day to day transactions are rounded up and the "change" is deposited in a savings pot. You can also set up a four weekly or monthly budget period to help with budgeting. The company communicates regularly via Twitter about both service issues and developments. Great current account

Leading the way. Recommend to everyone.

Very easy and quick to open. No complicated ID&V process. Not offering more than what is needed, real products for real purpose eg moneypots rounding up spending change. Using the card abroad with low to nothing fee’s. Not trying to please everyone. ‘Simple’ products. ‘Personal’ online service. ‘Fair’ offers of services... They are doing it the right way. Best bank ever

Love that it is an online bank, instant recognition of transactions, contactless or chip and pin, love my pennies saving account. I could go on but it’s just the best! Reviewed on: 14th January 2019

The best UK bank by far!

First the app is amazing and in my opinion a superior experience to Anything else. And second Monzo just seem to care about their users. I have never been excited by my bank, but Monzo listen to user feedback and are delivering requested features at an amazing rate.
