Best app, customer service always available, online chats age the future

The best banking expereince I'm likely to ever have.

From customer service, to ethos, policy, communication and brand, Monzo have completely nailed it! There's not one financial institution that I could say I genuinely trust, but Monzo is one I feel like I can. They're there for me when things go wrong anywhere in the world, they charge me fairly, with policy I had a say in making. I'm completely astounded by the speed they move to develop new features and how much they listen and engage with their customers. I can't wait to see, and feel a part of their future, and look forward to the day I can chose them as my mortgage provider too. Reviewed on: 14th January 2019

Ease, Quality, transaparency

Simple, Monzo offer a simple and feature full current account. Transparency is a breath of fresh air, working in FS I know that can be hard to come by! Customer service is outstanding, never had many problems anyway that I have needed help with, and when I do they help in every way possible, and it is always a simple experience and fixed then and there when it is convenient for me. Banking made fun

Great concept. Great UI. Never really focused much on banking before, but the features of Monzo are unrivalled. Customer service is always helpful as far as banks go. Overdraft features can be costly, but think of it as investing into Monzo, to help them grow and expand their product range. UI is amazing, instant notifications, everything is easy to understand. Bill splitting, and budgeting is good, especially with the link to send to other people to receive payments! Heading in the right direction, as a student who's just finished university, I now take my finances much more seriously than ever before (whilst having fun and a better understanding).
