Monzo is a smart bank of the future

Always adding new and useful features, easy to use, no waiting on hold via telephone or standing in a queue in a bank. Overall, a much more pleasant experience than the traditional bricks and mortar banks. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Just OK

Monzo are certainly a new and different bank, but still lacking in quite a few areas. App still missing some features that are generally core/main features for other banks; differences with Android and iOS; a ridiculous system for paying in cash, and sometimes long waits for customer support. Not bad, could be better

Not bad overall could be better. The paid offering was a flop, badly implemented and they did not listen to customers. They plan to re-launch a paid offering Q1/Q2, hopefully, they have taken feedback onboard. A good current account, does what it should, works well. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Super easy to use and budgeting tools.

Monzo is the perfect day-to-day spending online bank. But I am noticing a growing trend towards them becoming the main for a lot of customers. They provide everything! Very easy to use and helps you budget your income. Reviewed on: 2nd January 2020
