Monzo is a smart bank of the future

Always adding new and useful features, easy to use, no waiting on hold via telephone or standing in a queue in a bank. Overall, a much more pleasant experience than the traditional bricks and mortar banks. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Just OK

Monzo are certainly a new and different bank, but still lacking in quite a few areas. App still missing some features that are generally core/main features for other banks; differences with Android and iOS; a ridiculous system for paying in cash, and sometimes long waits for customer support.
