Ever since I joined monzo, my life has changed

Monzo is not only the best bank in the world, the transfers and forever notifications informing me of all my purchases and transactions Everytime makes me feel safe that I’d know the moment money leaves my account and it may not be me. Amazing and helpful!

A bank for the people by the people

Monzo, like other challenger banks, have completely scrapped the old way of doing banking and started again. Their app and services and just exactly what you want with none of the stuff you don't. You feel like you're part of a community - meaning that if there's a feature you'd like to see you can suggest it and know that it'll be considered. I have an account with one other challenger but the app and customer service doesn't compare (although still better than traditional banks). Highly recommend! Reviewed on: 12th November 2019
