The bank that is better than a bank

Monzo has an incredible current account and much more functionality than any other bank I’ve come across, but also really makes an effort to get customer feedback, build new features on request and make any process better, from simple sign up to quirky suggestions for transfer references and notifications when you’re travelling abroad. Utterly superb bank

Truly is the bank of the future. All other banks have introduced “new features” to their accounts and their own banking apps that Monzo just so happened to have. Amazing how it’s taken fresh blood for all the old banks to follow suit. Monzo is and always will be the leader when it comes to future banking. Reviewed on: 12th November 2019

Excellent, Slick Banking

So easy to use

I love this bank! Easy to use. Great app. Fabulous if you are travelling as its cheaper to use....cuts out multiple fees. Always someone available if you have a query Offers a buffer if you go slightly overdrawn. Reviewed on: 12th November 2019

Awesome bank

I've been a customer for over 12 months, the app and bank is so easy to use and I can't fault the customer service who've always been quick and there when I need them, as I did once when someone tried taking money from my account, card blocked, money refunded and new card sorted all in 5 minutes. Best Bank Out There

Been using Monzo since September 2016. Honestly don’t know how I managed being with my old bank. Instant notifications when money comes in, goes out, direct debits being set up etc. Also the app notifies you when you have a direct debit/standing order due to come out the next day and if has increased. Easy money management tools to help budget. Highly recommended bank which I will recommend to anyone. Reviewed on: 12th November 2019
