Reliable, transparent, customer focused experience

It starts with a best banking app, which is constantly improving, and continues through to staff who care and want to make a difference, want to help you manage your money better. At times their transparency has been used against them, but it is to their credit they react well to all challenges, and stay positive and inclusive. The app is smart and has made a dramatic difference to how I manage my money, and it's interesting to see how banks now starting to offer similar things. Reviewed on: 12th November 2019

Making Money Simple

I've had a monzo account for a number of years now and I can't recommend it enough. They make money as simple and stress free as possible! From having a great app, showing notifications so you proactively know Money has come or gone, to actual helpful features such as a bills pot, bill splitting etc. I cannot rate them highly enough Reviewed on: 12th November 2019

Monzo, Bank of the Future

I cannot put into words how much Monzo has changed my life. Instantly shown withdrawls of money, unlimited free use abroad, pots and pots and pots, the coin jar round up feature! No other bank is coming close to them, i recommend them to everyone i know Reviewed on: 12th November 2019

I do all my banking with Monzo and have added rest of my family to monzo and they love it. Just waiting until next year when my son turns 16 so he can join Monzo.
